When can I place orders?

Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday, and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. During these hours, you can place orders for the next day for all breads except those made with brioche dough, which require a 48-hour notice.

Do you have an order minimum?

For delivery orders, we have a minimum order requirement of $20. However, for pickup orders, there is no minimum.

Do you deliver to Brooklyn?

Absolutely! We offer delivery services covering both Brooklyn and Manhattan.

What time do you deliver?

Our deliveries are scheduled in the morning, with specific times depending on your location and availability to receive the order. When you speak with our wholesale department, please let us know your preferred delivery times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I see samples of bread before I make a purchase?

Certainly! We are more than happy to arrange a meeting with you and your team to help you choose the perfect bread for your menu. Additionally, you can also find examples of our bread products on our bread page.

Do you create custom products?

While we offer a wide variety of breads made from various types of dough, we are open to discussing the possibility of creating custom products. Please keep in mind that we have certain volume requirements and other considerations. Kindly contact our wholesale team for further information.

Is your bread vegan? Does it contain trans fats?

All our bread is vegan, except for our sette grani dough, which contains a small amount of honey, and our brioche, which is made with butter and eggs. Furthermore, all our bread is trans fat-free.

Is your bread GMO-free?

Absolutely! None of our bread contains genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Do you offer gluten-free bread?

Currently, we do not produce gluten-free bread.

What is the shelf life of your bread? Can it be frozen?

Our bread is made daily without the use of any preservatives. To ensure its freshness, we recommend using it the same or next day. If you need to extend its shelf life, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap before freezing, and consume it as soon as possible after thawing.

Are your flatbread Pizzas available for wholesale?

Certainly! You can purchase Grandaisy's Roman-style flatbreads wholesale. However, please note that unlike our other bread, flatbreads are not available 24/7. Kindly check with our wholesale department to confirm availability based on your desired timeframe.

Are your pastries available for wholesale?

At this time, we do not offer our pastries for wholesale.
